Overview

This website is operated by Belai. Throughout the site, the terms we, us and our refer to Belai. By visiting our site or buying from us, you agree to the terms set out below. Please read them before placing an order.

Who can order

You must be at least 18 years old, or have the consent of a parent or guardian, to place an order. You agree that the information you give us at checkout, including your delivery address and phone number, is accurate and current.

Our products

We sell pet care supplies. Product photos are as accurate as we can make them, but colours can look different on different screens and packaging is occasionally updated by the manufacturer.

Our products are for general pet care and are not veterinary treatments. If your pet is unwell, has a skin condition, or is on medication, please speak to a veterinarian before using a new product. Always follow the instructions on the label, do not use a product on a species it was not made for, and keep all products out of reach of children.

Prices and payment

All prices are shown in US dollars. We may change prices at any time, but the price shown at checkout is the price you pay for that order.

We may refuse or cancel an order, including where an item has been listed at an obviously incorrect price, where stock is unavailable, or where we suspect fraud. If we cancel an order you have already paid for, we refund it in full.

International orders, customs and duties

Orders ship internationally from our supplier's warehouse. Any customs duties or import taxes charged by your country are the responsibility of the recipient and are not included in the price you pay us. Delivery times are estimates and are set out in our Shipping Policy.

Stock

Products are subject to availability. If an item becomes unavailable after you order it, we will contact you and offer a replacement or a refund for that item.

Shipping and returns

Delivery times, shipping rates and return conditions are set out in our Shipping Policy and our Return and Refund Policy, which form part of these terms.

Your account

If you create an account, you are responsible for keeping your password secure and for activity under your account. Please tell us straight away if you think someone else has accessed it.

Acceptable use

You agree not to use this site for any unlawful purpose, to interfere with its operation or security, or to copy or resell its content without our permission.

Limitation of liability

To the extent permitted by law, we are not liable for indirect or consequential loss arising from your use of this site or our products. Nothing in these terms removes any right you have under the consumer protection law of the country you live in.

Changes to these terms

We may update these terms from time to time. The version published on this page when you place an order is the version that applies to that order.

Governing law

Belai operates from Malaysia. These terms are governed by the laws of Malaysia, without limiting any mandatory consumer rights you have where you live.
